The other night we headed to Kohl's to check out the 2 day Christmas sale. After scoring a couple good buys, we headed out to the car to go home. As I was putting Tyler into his carseat I noticed him chewing on something. Since I didn't even pack a snack, I wondered what in the world he could have found worthy to munch on. So I asked him, "What are you eating???" With a half disgusted look on his face he replied, "A cold, soft, chewy chip." Yummmmm! I swear I fed him dinner! And for those of you needing to know, he found it "beside his carseat."
And Allison gave me good laugh that night too!
After returning home from Kohl's, Tyler watched Frosty the Snowman while I got online. Allison was playing, but came over to me ever so often to take quick breaks on my lap. After about the 4th time of sliding off my lap to go about her business, she stopped, turned to look at me, raised up her pointer finger and said, "MIN-IT!" She was informing me that she would return in "just a minute!" After that it became quite the little game, and she continued to do it over and over again! Pretty cute if you ask me!

Our children can be so darn cute. It's these moments I know the Lord gave us to progress and try to be better mom's!
I love Allison's new little game! Too cute! I also love that I'm not the only who plops their child in front of the tube for a little online time.... heh heh. ;o)
